Girls & Goals

Girls & Goals (G&G) is a network for fun, young, ambitious, and open-minded women who meet monthly with the collective intention to motivate, uplift, support, and empower each other to grow personally, professionally, and socially. G&G participants are women with vision (or who want help finding their vision!), women who set out to make the most of their lives, and are committed to "continual becoming", always striving to grow and expand and unfold their limitless potential.

Currently, there are local G&G chapters in both San Diego and Salt Lake City, and the network is continuously expanding.  By joining a local G&G group you will instantly expand your circle of friends, your business connections, as well as your mind!

Meetings will be led by a G&G Facilitator and will follow a set structure in which each member will have time to ask the group for something they need support with at that point in time (for example: finding a good art class, advice regarding a relationship, assistance in promoting a career/business endeavor, meeting health goals, or anything else that needs the inspiration or encouragement of the group).  Group members will have a chance to respond and offer suggestions.  Additionally, there will be a different topic and activity for the second portion of each meeting, chosen in advance from a menu of options (for example: Loving Your Body, Unlocking Your Creativity, Attracting More Love Into Your Life, Expressing Your Personal Style, Emotional Intelligence, The Energy of Money, plus many more).

Meetings will be held at a set time once a month, decided on by the originators of the group (For example, the second Thursday night of every month).  Additionally, e-mail reminders will be sent a week before each meeting.  Keep in mind that by making the commitment to start or join this group you are agreeing to honor the group by prioritizing these meeting times. It will be well worth it!!!

Length of each meeting: 2.5 hours 
Cost for each member: $20/meeting   OR   $90 for a half-year membership ($15/meeting)
Ideally, groups should not exceed 15 women
