The Muse Life Coaching method is based on a 6-stage process that is customized to your specific needs.  The six stages are the Intake Stage, the Preparation Stage, the Self-Exploration Stage, the Visualization Stage, the Letting Go Stage, and the Taking Action Stage

Within these 6 stages you will experience the power of the following 10 coaching tools:

  1. Intention: In order to create the path to success, both personally and professionally, you need to have a focused intention.  The first step is to identify your priorities and define your standout objectives.
  2. Self-Exploration: You will take part in personalized creative assignments that reconnect you with your true passions and deep desires.  This will also help you to illuminate your unique gifts and talents.
  3. Creating Vision:  You will clarify what you want to accomplish or create in your life.  I will encourage you to use your imagination, visualize, and have fun as you connect to your dreams.  This is your most powerful motivation for change
  4. Setting the Stage:  You will look at what needs to happen for you to take your first step toward achieving your vision.  Some people need to implement more structure, others need to let go of the past and clear the clutter, and still others just need someone by their side as they take that first step.  I will be the gentle push you need to set the stage for action.
  5. Goals:  After setting the stage, you will establish goals that will bring you closer to your vision.  Goals are the stepping stones along the path to realizing your dreams.
  6. Action: Once you have your goals set, you will start taking action to accomplish each goal.  Necessary action may involve internal changes, external changes, or most likely a combination of both.
  7. Overcoming Blocks:  I will be there to support you if any natural resistance to change arises, and I will empower you to break through the blocks that may have held you back in the past.
  8. Accountability:  I will also be there to keep up the momentum, hold you accountable for taking action, and help you stay committed to your vision.
  9. Gratitude:  As you start to implement life and career changes, it is important to stay grateful for the present moment and have fun with the process.
  10. Celebration: We will celebrate your successes and acknowledge your achievements.  The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and every step on that journey deserves recognition.
