Meditation

Meditation practice enables you to get out of your head and into your heart!  It allows your body and mind to relax as you gain greater awareness.  Meditation can also be used to connect with your true Self and enhance your intuitive instincts. 

The meditative instruction incorporated into The Muse Life Coaching sessions emphasizes guided imagery.  Guided imagery is used as a means to focus the mind in order to calm mind-chatter.  Additionally, guided imagery can be especially effective when focusing on positive thoughts and visualizing ideal scenarios.
